The Propagation Service Centre Live (PSC) is a free and non-commercial service, independent from any radio club, providing forecasts on eleven metre band propagation. One of the most valuable web resources to hit the Information Superhighway for Freeband and Citizens Band DXers since dinosaurs roamed the earth, the information on solar activity is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.

PSC is formed by a team of Freeband operators with great interest for propagation and solar activity. These operators are the PSC Team Members: 43SD280 Jordan, 153SD208 John, 13DX015 Pete, 19AT072 Jean-Paul, 2WW279 Brian and 32PSC8 Aroldo.

PSC first appeared on the internet in the late '90s as a part of the well known WWDX Mailing list. It was off the air for a few years after being refurbished and updated, and came online again in 2007.

The PSC website is very simple. Because it is simple, you can download the information very fast. PSC cooperates with the World Wide Radio Organization (www.wwro.net), to make the information even more accessible, and even more widely spread through the radio clubs, which support WWRO.

PSC does not require financial support, but instead seeks the input and cooperation of members of the Freeband DX Community. If you wish to show your support, you can contribute by becoming an ‘Observer’. An ‘Observer’ reports to PSC regularly about propagation in his/her part of the world. With that valuable information we can produce better and more detailed forecasts.

If you think you know enough about propagation to act as an Observer on behalf of the Team, please use the website’s contact form to apply as a team member. In the meantime, please visit the site and make some comments.
